These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Best Edu application and services (the "Service") operated by Best Edu ("we", "us", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Best Edu, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

The materials contained in this Service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Best Edu's Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Best Edu's Service

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Best Edu at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• To reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Service without our express written permission

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Best Edu and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

All course materials, tutorials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other content available through the Service are the property of Best Edu or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content on or through the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

6. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or make any other payment through the Service, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All fees are in the currency specified at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change our pricing, we will provide you with reasonable notice of such changes.

7. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Best Edu cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Best Edu customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Best Edu with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Best Edu's Service are provided on an 'as is' basis. Best Edu makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Best Edu does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Service or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Service.

The information on this Service is for general information purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the Service or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Service for any purpose.

9. Limitations

In no event shall Best Edu or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Best Edu's Service, even if Best Edu or a Best Edu authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Best Edu's Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Best Edu does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current.

Best Edu may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice. However, Best Edu does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Best Edu has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Best Edu of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Best Edu. Best Edu has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Iraq, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
